Ordering, Payment & Shipping Policy
We ship to Canada, USA, and Internationally!
All packages are shipped from Canada via Canada Post unless otherwise requested. Pricing is calculated during the checkout process. Items are normally shipped with 24 Hours of payment or end of next business day. The Dates and times for package delivery are provided by Canada Post and are only estimates but are usually accurate. All packages sent via express post or international couriers are insured for $100. If you require additional insurance please indicate this at the time of your order and www.tongrenhealing.ca will follow up with you directly. Please also note there is a fuel surcharge on all shipping charged by Canada Post this is included in your shipping costs.

www.tongrenhealing.ca is not responsible for taxes, duties or delays that result from orders placed outside of Canada. Please consult your local import laws for rules and regulations regarding purchases from Canada.
Products
All products on this site have been Healing Nexus Product Approved. All are checked for quality before shipment. Our intent is to provide products which aid the healing process.
Cancellations
Change your mind? If the product has not been shipped, a refund will be issued by the same method of payment the order was originally charged. If a cancellation is placed after the order shipped, it is up to the customer to refuse the package or send the package back. Once the package is returned, a full refund will be issued, less shipping and handling charges. All refunds are processed within 5 business days. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse shipment of any order at any time.
Returns
If you need to return a product for whatever reason please contact us for authorization before you return it. Returning is not a problem. We may ask you to complete a customer survey form which will help us to improve our service.
Returns will be processed and refunds issued within 10 business days of receiving the return in new condition. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original purchase payment method.
Our 100% refund policy does not cover the cost of shipping and handling but the product only.
We strongly recommend returning packages to us through certified mail with a tracking number. If we did not receive the product back and the customer cannot prove that the product is returned, we will not issue a refund. Proof of delivery can be the delivery confirmation number or signature as proof of delivery.
Back Orders
In the event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).
International Orders

- Prepayment is required prior to shipping. Payment can be credit card, Pay Pal, money order, western union transfer.
Payment Options
On-line orders can be paid by credit card, and PayPal. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard. Orders sent via mail can be paid by credit card, cashier's check or money order.
