Hello Tong Renners,

Remember those grade school days where you raced home on the last day with your report card in hand and saw the summer stretching ahead as though it would go on forever. Ultimate Freedom! I've been enjoying this summer as one of those carefree endless summers I remember so well. I hope you too are taking time for yourself.

Still in the planning stage is a PiGu Webinar with Nicola Lomangino. I've been working on putting together a package of the Weight Loss Self Treatment Protocol that I did with 24 participants in 2011. We all know that the weight is a by-product, the trick is to deal with the root cause.
